The American automaker from Ford has been introduced the new Ford compact van at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, its Ford Tourneo Custom. Now the American automaker to commit to a production model for the European market.
The new Ford Tourneo Custom features a sportier stance, bold rising shoulder line, flush glazing, distinctive trapezoidal grille and prominent wheel lips.
While in the cabin, Ford Tourneo Custom comes with a comfortable cabin with high-quality materials on par with its passenger cars, include SYNC voice-activated, in-car connectivity system, Advanced restraint system (includes driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags), Rear-view camera and Lane Keeping Alert and Driver Alert.
The new Ford Tourneo Custom van is powered by 2.2-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel engine with three different power configurations, 99, 123, and 153-hp. Its mated to a six-speed manual transmission and has auto start/stop.
